Here's my story, I've worked in the electronic/tech field for the past 12 years. I have been at my current job for 2 1/2 years and just got a promotion to a senior position which was 7% and put me at a little over $54k a year (not that bad for Alabama since cost of living is pretty low.) This is a salary no paid overtime job.

Now I may have a chance to go back to my previous employer which is a salary with paid overtime job and I could make $70k if I worked 10hrs a week overtime.

My problem is I really enjoy my current job and it does have a lot of room for advancement but the insurance is not great, 401K is not as good as my old job, and of course the pay is not as good. My old job is not as enjoyable and there are advancement possibilities but nothing I would be interested in. Both places do pay for school which I am going back for my BS.

I'm 33 married with a 4yr old daughter and another baby on the way. My wife is a stay at home MOM so we have to be pretty tight with our money. Any advice?
