I'm a romanian how can I work for you costa rican guys who will gonna pay me the trip till your country and what's the job consist in?How much is the salary and what are the condition for me to apply?Do I have to know you language or english is good enough?

You have asked many good questions.

First, you will need to have Costa Rican government issued working papers to legally work and earn an income in Costa Rica. In the past few years, it has become more difficult to obtain permission unless you marry a Costa Rican (TICA), start your own company, represent a foreign company, and most importantly, not taking away a job from a Costa Rican citizen.

Many companies will pay for your trip to Costa Rica if they see a strong value in your service. I received a paid trip back in 2000 for my telemarketing training skills.

Global competitive pressures are forcing United States corporations to lower their costs. Today, it is necessary to do offshore outsourcing just to remain competitive. After careful analysis, many companies have now expanded their operations in Costa Rica. It is attractive in terms of cost and breadth of capabilities.

Business conditions are stable and secure, not like other countries with lower levels of working conditions and unstable governments. Our Costa Rican Call Center offers the highest quality bilingual call center support for wages that are 40%-80% lower than the United States. There are plenty of English speakers attuned to the needs of the North American market.

Unless you Spanish are perfect and your English is strong enough for effective written and verbal communication, it may be difficult to find employment.
