I want to ask that do you know of any private/govt institute in india which offers courses in video game programming, i am not looking for video game animation. I searched on few classifieds ad sites like clickindia.com and indianclassifieds.com and freeclassifiedsindia.com but couldn't find any institute.

I would think any institute there which offers an art curriculum might be offering classes of this sort, or perhaps one with an IT program? I would check out larger universities and colleges and see what they have to offer in both their art and tech programs.
