My former employer is trying to appeal my awarded unemployment benefits.
I have submitted many offensive documents written by my abusive manager
along with written testimony from previous employees. I think the fact that
the abuse happened is rock solid, but the company seems to focus on
"I did not tell anyone about the abuse" although I did.

If the Appeals Examiner is convinced that I did not tell anyone about the
abuse, (Which I did) can I loose my battle to keep my unemployment benefits?

This is mostly a battle of finger pointing and who said what. The only way to substantiate your claims is if you have any documentation or witnesses that can be used at the trial, and there is no way of predicting the trial's outcome even with them.

Good luck!

Yep, you surely can. These things are rarely ever about "truth and justice". Sorry. And even if you win this appeal, the employer can simply "appeal the appeal" and so forth....
