I am in final year of my college. I would like to do some part time jobs. Please tell me some good job websites, placement agencies for undergraduates.

Are you doing undergrad work just to earn money or are you trying to get job experience too?

If you are trying something to get in both money and experience, consider finding a paid internship. About internships:

If you don't care, at least try to find something related that might be helpful and look good on your resume if possible.
