I am currently a Human Resource Manager living in the USA and am looking to relocate to Australia. Does anybody have advice on how to get sponsored work in Australia?

Sometimes the best avenue is to find a company that is interested in you and will sponsor the work visa. This can be a difficult and lengthy process but if you really want to wind up in Australia, it can happen.

Another option is to go there on a vacation and scout out job prospects while you are there. Definitely not a fun way to spend a vacation, though.
