|

Hi there, I'm a South African. Next year I will be a first year student, but after my studies in about 5years I would like to go to America to get some experience and make a bit more money than I will in S.A. I just want to know, if I study something like Dietetics, Town and Regional planning or Law, will I be able to get a job in the US? Or will it not happen since I got my degree in S.A.
Thank you for any help.
Annie. |

Hi Annie,
If were you I would do an online search for jobs in the field I want to.Try to contact some recruiters in the U.S and get my resume evaluated, also I would get some advice from them. Thats their job and I am sure they can help you. Since you are a graduate from S.A I think people here will take you as a candidate with not a lot of work experience since u did not work in the US. So, you can go through some college recruiting sites or fresh grad hiring sites. This one is a good one for students and fresh grads. College Recruiting
A lot of online research helps and at the same time use your own university's professor's advice.
Hope this helps.
Goodluck!
