It has finally come true! I have been officially Blacklist from the my current French beauty company. It is officially over as of Aug. I cannot ever return back here. I know that I made the BIGGEST mistake and I cannot go back to change it. There are no 2nd chances given.

As my sister said it is time to move on to bigger and better things!

I wanted to know if anyone had this situation before and how did they handle it?

Let me know.

Even you do a great job, will people see that no they will see only the negative which stinks. Sorry, I had to vent that one part in my email.

I wish they will look beyond that I give 2nd chances.
I am so disappointed in the job and myself that I created this mess. I wish I had never said anything to anyone and keep it to myself. This would never happen.

Ah regret. The worst feeling ever. I left a job that was perfect for me last September. Now almost a year later, I still think about it and regret it so much. I too wish I could go back. I sent a very nice letter via email asking for a 2nd chance to be rehired. But no reply. I am thinking it was better to have called and spoken to the manager. But honestly I really do NOT have the guts to call. I just cant summon the courage.

I mean everyone makes mistakes and I made a very bad one leaving without notice. And now I have to pay for it. It sucks knowing I had found the perfect job but I cannot have it cuz of a stupid mistake. I hate regret.

Anyways feel free to vent. I feel your pain Sad

Rip off all your clothes and dance naked under a full moon.

And then forget about it and get on with things that really matter.

What you should be doing is counting your blessings. After all, if these folks are so petty they "blacklist" you, would you really have wanted to stay part of such a group? I.E., if you were still there but you learned they had done this to one of your co-workers, would you still feel and warm and fuzzy toward them?

They don't call us "human RESOURCES" for nothing, you know. It may be noble that you're displaying the "human" characteristics of remorse and regret but you've been treated the same as a "resource," a computer that became obsolete and was thrown into the trash.

Regrets and remorse over past employment? Only when they can pry my humanity from my cold, dead fingers.
