I am applying for the police academy for the 2nd time. The last they they released me for having too many tickets.. one too many haha.. well thats over now.. I am kind of worried i know the really look at work expierence. i have had my job now for a year and a half and have promoted to dept manager. within the last 6 months.. so its something i've stuck with.. i decided to try to get a second job here and there and i did.. but after a week i walked off on them due to some different views and them not working with the hours we aggreed upon. and after walking from that pt job and decided to try another.. preatty much the same case.. they tried to right me up for being an hour late... when i told them when i hired my first priority would be my Full time job as a dept manager. which was the reason wy i was an hour late.. Does this look bad on me? should i just leave the pt jobs off my work expierence list? i wasnt with either of them longer than 2 weeks. I remeber last time i went through this application process they were big about NOT lieing on your splication about anything.. i dont want to leave it off and when they do a background they find other jobs that i did not list. what should i do? Thanks for your help!

I would include it, because depending on how extensive of a background check is conducted on you those jobs could show. Then they would wonder about why you did not disclose them. Some places, not being 100% honest on apps can be a reason for dismissal if they find out later. Tell now and find a way to deal with hard questions rather than being fired later or not hired at all, without being given an opportunity to explain.
