Hey,
Thanks for the link, it looks good. But do you know, whom shall i approach for this. I am sure there's nothing like this going on in India. But travelling is something I really love, and It will be damn cool, to work on a ship. And the pay is good.

To get a job like this, the best way to go of it is to research the companies thru the internet. You will have extensive travel involved so if leaving home is not an option then this will not wok for you. I dated someone who did this for a while and while he was gone it was difficult, I missed him a lot and we only got to talk on the phone once in a while. I did get to visit a few times.
Some cruise companies hire directly while others use recruiting agencies. There are a lot of articles here on the site about cruise ship jobs and shipboard employment, as well as links to agencies. I recommend you search this site, but this might get you started:
