You have to start at entry level.
This link is an example. Leave out the work history, obviously, but look at how it's structured. You can see how it's put together.

You use your qualifications, any work experience, and references.
Set these up as a description of skills, and get some advice from your referees about where your best chances are.
Important: Get someone to check out your resume before you send it to anyone. You need to get it right or you can find yourself working with built in problems. You'll also need to tinker with it to target particular jobs.
Aim for jobs where your skills and training are most relevant.
Also suggest that you try for some baseline jobs where you can get some clear work experience. These basic jobs can give you some valuable skills, even if they look like rubbish.
Even things like deliveries, operating a cash register, or just plain 'ol counter jobs give you a lot of skills you can use to get other jobs up the scale. |

| Find a restaurant and offer to do the dishes on a trial basis. Finding a job in a restaurant is easy if you show you are willing to work. If you don’t have a resume at least have references of people you know other than family. |

| You’re young, you might find a job on a road crew or as a laborer with a larger building company. If you don’t have a resume, doing labor work is a good way to get one started and get some skills at the same time. |
