I am from Michigan, USA
I am currently on Unemployment.
My question is related to the MARVIN system (the system where you answer questions to claim unemployment funds).
There is a question under the "claim weeks of unemployment Benefit payments."
On question #6, "Did you begin school or training or begin receiving a pension."
Would I lose my unemployment benefit funds if I answer "yes" (I am technically going back to school, but I have not attended a No Worker Left Behind (NWLB).
I was hoping I could say I have been going to school, and yet, continue to look for work and receive benefits, then eventually attend the NWLB orientation (and still collect unemployment).
I am looking for work, but I want to go to school while I am looking.
You also get extensions if your in school for the NWLB.

Let me know is someone can give me the right input...
