Hi,

Please let me know is 3.0 a decent GPA for internships/jobs. I've heard that Companies generally overlook students with 3.0 GPA. I have sent my CV in many companies for job. But there is no response.

I think it is decent, but I do not know what their standards are. I think they set them high. If you have any unusual achievements that go with it, I would be sure to send those along too, in resume format, to show them. That might help you stand out and earn you a little extra attention.
