This may sound very obnormal but I need some advice...

I left workforce two years ago to stay home with kid. Last year I started working for a company for 3 months and I quit as I suffered physical and mental stress. They didn't provide adequate training and piled tons of work after they knew I was pregnant. I just wish I've never had that kind of employer.

I need to get a job now. Do I have to list the 3 months on my resume? Is it relevant enough to qualify as a job? If the new company find out later, will it be a problem? Bottomline is I resigned and not being fired.

Thanks in advance!

It would be best to disclose this on your resume even though it was brief, as it could show up on a background check. If they have questions about the short duration, then you could carefully elaborate. That would be better than omission or lying.
