i am a 41 yr old uk citizen with MS and am looking to find work in the healthcare field in north carolina usa.....i have been unemployed in this field since 2004 as i was at the time unable to continue working as a healthcare assistant as my disabilities at the time meant i need to use a stick. however following various treatments i am now able to drive again and can walk without the aid of my stick whilst i do not think i would be up to the rigours of working in a hospital anymore i do believe that i would be more than up to the challenge of homecare work. i would be grateful for any help and advice you could give me on this situation.

I am wanting to work in the USA too. I have 10 years experience in the healthcare sector - finance. I have a Masters in Management. I am from the UK so therefore would require a work permit.
