A new UK based job board has recently launched to rave reviews from sites such as The Recruiters Lounge, ERE.net and a number of others. It will turn the recruitment market on its head by introducing job seekers and employers direct - no agency is involved.

The new board uses Google Maps to show you exactly where the jobs are and lets you search on current vacancies or historic data. This means that if you are a computer programmer with skills in say, Vista 4GL, you can find all of the companies that use this across the UK. You can then use this information to market your skills and find a job - as we move into recession this will become more and more important.

Once you have found matching vacancies you can contact the company direct - the job board is not open to agencies.

To search properly you need to register which they've made really simple, just upload a CV and enter a password - that's it! They have developed a natural language search and extraction engine that finds your name and contact details as well as your skills and extracts all of this info for you. You can amend it if it's incorrect of course but, if you work in IT, it's 98% accurate!

Because www.zubedjobs.com is new, there are only a few thousand vacancies there at the moment. It's worth registering now - there are no registration or other fees of course!

I am involved with this job board

Sounds good. Any fees, etc?

We have a lot of IT people who would be interested in this.

If you're involved with these guys, they could post on our Advertising section.

Looks like an interesting site ... using Google to map jobs.

Might be worth a review by our writers. How do I find out more?

Anyway you can just look at all the jobs in London for example?
