Can you provide a few more details about the ad posting on the thread? The email link is OK but I think people would be more responsive to something that spells out the job.

1. What are the ads?

2. Where are the ads posted?

3. How do you pay posters? (PayPal, etc.)

4. When do you pay?

I ask because you can enhance your profile on the site with more info. Good jobs attract attention, and you get a lot of free word of mouth publicity from users.

We have a lot of people for whom this would be a very good bit of extra income while they're on the net. Probably pay for the ISP, anyway.

Too little info is sort of like craigslist; looks good, but there's only a few lines to guess what the job's about.
