After working at a place for 7 years, I was called in and terminated because I
supposedly sent an email about my boss and the head guy was forwarded
this email and showed it to her and they came down on me hard.

My husband had just died about 5 weeks ago and I was still grieving his
death and then this.

I don't know what I said that was so terrible but I was told I violated the company's electonic mail policy. No direct warnings either verbal or written.
Just get lost!

I have to move on and hopefully find another job. Any suggestions on inter-
viewing and what I say to prospective employers about why I left my last
place of employment?

The most important thing is to be as honest as possible while not being unpleasant or negative about your previous employer. I would maybe even try to contest this, as if you were not given a warning and not sure that you even violated a policy you may have been unjustly fired and able to get your job back legally.
