This CV is a mix and match collection. The earlier jobs don't interconnect well with the later, there's not a lot of common ground.

The web and systems abilities are useful, but only if they show relevance to other jobs.

We've found that CVs work best when targeted. You'll need to work on this raw material in terms of your application for any job.

You've got a good broad range of skills, but you need to show each employer the specific relevance of your experience to them.

Suggest:

Leave out anything pre 97. Not instantly relevant, takes up space.

Include in your skills:

Customer service/advisory
Asset management/costing
Telecommunications industry experience, (include whatever skill sets apply)
Project management (where you can also introduce your extra skills)
Client consultation

These are all transferable across the job ranges. Telco skills apply to any business, you'd be useful to their accounts and IT people, whatever you were doing in your own job.

You see where this is going. The idea is to show higher value skills, across your transferable range of skills.

You're actually in a pretty good position to prove a very broad bandwidth of skills which work in just about any employment environment.
