Hey, I need a little help from you guys, I just want to know what is WOTC? How it helps and what is their importance for an employer? How can I take its benefits? If you guys have any information regarding this, please share it with me.

Sorry we took so long to get back to you. Didn't know what it was myself, not being an American, but it's interesting, and might be worth your while to check it out.

This is the WOTC story:

It's a tax credit to employers for hiring people across a range of nine different groups. This is a little complex, because it's written in bureaucratese, but the gist of it is if you're in one of those groups, the employer gets paid on a scale.

This could be good for you, if someone in your area is working on WOTC as a basis for hiring people. Some of these benefits are up to $9000 per person.
