I recently resigned from Yellwobook after a 7 year career and relocated to Florida to be with my fiance and start a family. When I resigned I put in for a transfer to the office down here with no response. I applied for unemployment on July 6,2008 and was granted the maximum amount then I received a letter in the mail stating my benefits were denied. I believe I have pretty good cause to collect. Any suggestions or advice is much needed

Typically, unemployment is given to those who are unemployed because of circumstances beyond their control, and in this case they probably are thinking that your reignation was voulntary. It would be up to you to prove that you tried to transfer with no response, and even then it is iffy.
