|
|
I have cleared the Technical Apti test and the technical interview. Still there are 2 more rounds of interview to be conducted. One is General assessment and the other is HR.
I know about HR but what about the general assessment stage? What type of questions can I expect in this stage? They told they won't ask technical questions again.. may be general questions like in HR?
But then whats the HR round for again?
I am confused and afraid.
Help needed seriously. |

Hi blueshift,
This is a difficult to answer without more information. For some companies, a general assessment will be a test of basic skills. This could include a personality test, some type of computational test, or even a technical efficiency test. In your case, it seems to indicate something else. Most likely, this could be a standard interview where you are asked behavioral interview questions and questions pertaining to your resume or looks at some type of personality testing. The best advice I could give you is to simply ask them what it means and if you do not get an answer, prepare for a regular interview with sample interview questions.
Hope this helps,

This will most likely be an assessment of your general suitability for the position and company. It will probably consist of standardized interview questions that evaluate your overall suitability rather than your technical expertise. Expect standard interview questions that explore your motivation, your goals, your reason for leaving your current position and generic type questions that are designed to find out more about you as a person such as your strengths and weaknesses. Certain behavioral questions may be included that explore competencies such as problem-solving, organizing and planning etc. You may be asked to do some standardized employment tests that assess your personality type, your motivation etc.
