Well, you could mention that there was a confidentiality agreement signed that was a part of your teminationa nd that you were injured at work, offering the bare minimum. I think telling that you had been hurt and that you are not allowed to talk about it as a result of the outcome....this explanation is best. They might wonder about the confidentiality agreement until you mention that you were hurt at work, and from that they can deduce the rest. The agreement is to cover details of the settlement and what not, but I think giving a basic explanation of this sort would be considered ok as long as you went no further.

Hi drifter,
I believe your post would work just fine as your answer. The only thing I would add to it is that state your "past injuries" do not prevent you from working in any way. Basically, you should be ok because you were not fired b/c of poor performance or an ethical issue.
