Reporting directly to the Mechanical Foreman or designate, the successful candidates will be responsible for installing, routine monitoring, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and modification of mechanical rotating and stationary equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Planning, coordinating and performing the daily mechanical maintenance activities on all plants.
2. Troubleshooting abnormal conditions and repairing, servicing, modifying and replacing mechanical equipment when necessary.
3. Conducting preventative maintenance routine checks on plant mechanical systems and equipment.
4. Providing coverage for plant shut downs and start ups and services for the on-call system.
5. Maintaining documentation and records for all equipment (rotating and stationary).
6. Sourcing suitable replacement equipment to replace obsolete plant equipment when necessary.
