I was told to always be carefull when you email your resume, because it could end up in the recipients spam folder & youll never know if they recieved the resume.

IE: watch out what you write in the subject field, because their software might filter out your resume & send it to thier spam folder.

Can some please explain to me or post some links to tips on how to avoid the spam folder.

Thank you

Try to avoid punctuation and all capital letters in the subject line. These will kick your resume to the spam pile, as will using the word 'free' because they think you are trying to sell them something.

I would just delete the spam folder. I get crazy e-mails and if I think there funky, I click on spam and delete it. Don't ever give out your personal info to someone you don't know, especially these fly by night companies or people that are asking for your personal info to collect money you supposedly have won.
Please be very careful.

Wish you the best!
