Hi,

I have recently given an interview for a team leader position. My interview went very well. I have not received any call since I gave my interview. Now it is more than 1 week

Can I make a follow up call? If yes, please tell me what to say and how to say?

Of course you may, and you most certainly should.

Simply identify yourself and ask if they've made a decision regarding the postition for which you were interviewed.

Yes you should follow up & ask if a decision has been made.

Randy put it best. Just call and simply ask if they have reached a decision about the position. Then go from there. Keep it short, polite, and simple.
