I am an experienced software Quality Analyst working in Microsoft. I was born and brought up in Europe and left for US long ago on a temporary assignment and never returned. I am missing my country and want to work on international projects with European companies.Please let me know how it can be possible

Start looking for jobs online and applying? That is really the best advice I can give you. Unless you can arrange for an internal transfer of your job or something.
