I am rao presently in UK,finished my Masters in sweden before that i was in India.I am looking to work in recruitment,management,hr side(entry level).So please let me know where i have to change my c.v, I will be thankful to each and every one and i apperciate ur help.

Description. Investigation was carried to know the customer perception on service quality of ATM’s and also to have knowledge on customer attitudes towards Technology. based Self-Services (ATM’s) The present paper on service quality and self-service based on technology concerns of expected use rather than actual use and customers expectations about new self-service technologies (ATM’s). To reach the purpose we conducted a pilot case study to know the customers attitudes towards technology (speed, accuracy, ease of use, privacy) using ATMs and their perception towards self-service technologies. For date collection we did 26 open interviews and 150 interviews with the help of questionnaire and the data analysis is based on both qualitative and quantitative methods, supported by the qualitative information and literature reviews. Finally in terms of important findings: easy of use, speed, control and accuracy are the main attributes for service quality and customer satisfaction.

The new initiative taken by private banks like ICICI, to attract customers through personalized service is paying rich dividends.

Nothing wrong with your resume from my point of view, rao, on the contrary.
Still, I have some suggestions:
- tailor it (especially the career objective and the skills area) to the specific of the job you are applying to. Meaning don't leave the info in the general;
- improve your skills area. You already have enhanced your skills when listing all the jobs you had and the duties they implied, but if you present your skills at the beginning of the resume (advisable "relevant skills"), then you should make them as effective as possible, thus categorizing them in a good manner:
