Good afternoon!
Could you kindly give me your advices on my CV please?
As I'm originally from Azerbaijan ..it is very important for me to get my CV easy readable for european eye...Thanks in advance!
PROFILE:
• QA management specialist, with over 10 year’s extensive experience in:
o ISO certification
o Document Control
o Complaint Control Investigation
o Corrective/Preventive Action

• Experienced in MS applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and statistical software
• Multilingual - English, Russian, Turkish, basic knowledge of Spanish

• Simplified the structure of management – complete overhaul of administrative organization chart.
• Solved major quality assurance problems which previously affected professional services.
• Business strategies and policies recovery, resulting in improved business processes, reductions in risks, improved credibility with the main customers.

The successful delivery of many projects:
• Develop a Quality Management System in accordance with the principles of ISO 9001: 2000.
• Establish & revise the Quality Manual to provide comprehensive coverage of all functions, whilst ensuring that full compliance to the standards were maintained against the criteria set in ISO 9001:2000 standards.
• Lead company to achieve successful certification for ISO 9001:2000 by rewriting & re-implementing the company's quality assurance procedures.
• Identify key risks to the corporate goals of measurable quality that increased the acceptance level of rendering services from 96% to 99%.
• Establish a plan to reveal weaknesses and reduce or eliminate risks to achieving the
quality goals, that developed into customer complaints reduction by over 50% and
performance increase by over 7%.
• Develop and implement training programs, develop quality database, liaise with clients and specify and contribute to the enhancement of the quality culture of the organization.

Your resume looks allright if you ask me. It is detailed where it has to, the ideas are formulated in a comprehensive and presentable way....
It could use a resume career objective, which can be placed in the beginning...and you can make use of part of the info you have inserted in the profile area. Also, it could use a skills area, in which you first include the relevant ones, then the foundation ones.
I have nothing else to say about it but good things.
PS> It might be just a little bit too long, but then again, you can format it to look short  |
