Good afternoon!

Could you kindly give me your advices on my CV please?

As I'm originally from Azerbaijan ..it is very important for me to get my CV easy readable for european eye...Thanks in advance!


PROFILE:

• QA management specialist, with over 10 year’s extensive experience in:

o ISO certification
o Document Control
o Complaint Control Investigation
o Corrective/Preventive Action
o Statistical Analysis
o Stability programs, etc.

• People & resource manager

• Experienced in MS applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and statistical software

• Multilingual - English, Russian, Turkish, basic knowledge of Spanish


RELEVANT EMPLOYEMENT HISTORY:

Head of Quality Control Department/Lead Auditor July 2006 –
Silkway Airlines Ltd Baku Cargo Terminal branch office www.bct.az
(Cargo Terminal - 700 employees (10 under my supervision))


Quality Assurance & Quality Control Department Manager July 2006 –

Responsibilities:
• Maintain & develop quality management system.
• Define quality procedures: set up & maintain controls & documentation.
• Manage and develop the QA function: set QA compliance objectives and ensure that the targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• Consider the application of HSE standards.
• Perform operational audits, with emphasis on assessment of internal controls, monitor performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
• Manage a team of quality inspectors.
• Drive the integration of the quality program and behaviors into the organization, including formal job responsibilities, training, inclusion in reviews, and personal results.

• Establish an internal audit schedule, develop audit programs
• Execute audits in accordance to professional ISO auditing standards

• Establish & revise the Quality Manual to provide comprehensive coverage of all functions, whilst ensuring that full compliance to the standards were maintained against the criteria set in ISO 9001:2000 standards.
• Lead company to achieve successful certification for ISO 9001:2000 by rewriting & re-implementing the company's quality assurance procedures.
• Identify key risks to the corporate goals of measurable quality that increased the acceptance level of rendering services from 96% to 99%.
• Establish a plan to reveal weaknesses and reduce or eliminate risks to achieving the
quality goals, that developed into customer complaints reduction by over 50% and
performance increase by over 7%.
• Develop and implement training programs, develop quality database, liaise with clients and specify and contribute to the enhancement of the quality culture of the organization.

Your resume looks allright if you ask me. It is detailed where it has to, the ideas are formulated in a comprehensive and presentable way....
It could use a resume career objective, which can be placed in the beginning...and you can make use of part of the info you have inserted in the profile area. Also, it could use a skills area, in which you first include the relevant ones, then the foundation ones.
I have nothing else to say about it but good things.

PS> It might be just a little bit too long, but then again, you can format it to look short Very Happy
